Mary Heliane Fabian worked as a Human Resources Coordinator for a local aviation company before deciding to attend law school. Ms. Fabian received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, summa cum laude, from Angeles University Foundation in the Philippines. Ms. Fabian served as a legal extern for the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement, interned for the 14th Civil District Court of Dallas, Texas, and attended the Academy of the Advocate Program in St. Andrews, Scotland. During the summer following her 2L year, Ms. Fabian interned for the North Texas Tollway Authority.
Ms. Fabian was a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Fellow, a researcher for Taft Solutions, and received a CALI award for earning the highest grade in her Legal Research and Writing II class. Ms. Fabian speaks fluent Filipino and is currently an associate with Gagnon Peacock & Vereeke, PC, an intellectual property and real estate litigation law firm.
